Mukesh has been working in the area of offshore
development since 1996, when he was Chairman and CEO of PSI Data Systems, a
company listed on the India stock exchanges.
His experiences include

Turn-around of an offshore IT company, enhancing its valuation
by $300m, and authoring the exit strategy for the
majority shareholder.

Creation of offshore capability for a European
CRM company, which eventually helped that company being acquired for it's
multicultural workforce, besides it's technical specialisation.

Creation of offshore capability for a Swiss
German manufacturer of advanced forecourt systems, and enabling its entry into
the Indian markets.

Creation of offshore capability for a leading integrator of Microsoft
technologies in the UK markets.
Mukesh's formative years were spent with
companies across the globe, such as Computervision, Intergraph, Intel, Wang,
Bull and Princeton Consulting.

Sushil Tasgaonkar
Co-Founder & Managing Director

Sushil has been managing offshore software
development teams for over 15 years, including experience gained thru hands-on
development and management assignments in the USA and UK.
Most of his recent
experience is focused on development of J2EE and Microsoft technologies based
applications. Sushil manages client relationships and the corresponding
development teams for Oak's Application Services Business, and is based in
Bangalore, India.

Ramani R V
Co-Founder & CFO

Ramani is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and has
been managing the fiscal and administrative aspects of offshore software
development companies for over 20 years.
His experience includes management of
the CFO function for a publicly traded Bangalore based company owned by a
French parent organisation. Ramani has also helped set up several start-up
operations for US and UK based companies, venturing into India.
